The client brief was to design a new downstairs bedroom for a large family. We pursued the prior approval route to get consent from the local authorities and managed the project till completion. Notwithstanding the space constraints, our design team was able to incorporate a new wash room and reconfigured the kitchen space alongside the new bedroom.

Development has been approved and implemented.
